The first floor has a living room and two master bedrooms. In the central part, you will first come across a living room that houses a luxurious Fendi sofa, LCD TV, indoor fireplace and an interesting chandelier. The living room has access to a spacious covered terrace with seating lounge where you can soak up the sun's rays and enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea and the Dalmatian islands. In addition to the living room there are two large bedrooms with king size beds. Each room has its own small balcony, walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower and bath. There is also a jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms.

In addition to the house, the villa annex contains an additional accommodation unit. Its 40m2 consists of a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double, bathroom with shower and walk-in wardrobe. This annex is perfect for room service or for guests seeking extra privacy.
