The villa is suitable for 6 + 2 persons.

Last but equally enchanting is the Luxury Villa Sutivan 3 with a living area of 140 m2. It consists of 5 floors interconnected by an internal staircase: basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor and third floor. Villa has total equipped kitchen, living room, terrace with heated pool, sitting garniture, deck chairs and grill. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The villa is suitable for 6 + 2 persons.

Each of the villas has its own garden with heated pool, furniture for sitting, relaxing and sunbathing. There is also a grill, which completes total comfort experience.

Each villa has a garage and the property is also equipped with a Jacuzzi and a laundry service.

Every villa is fully air-conditioned and with wireless internet.Each villa is also equipped with satellite LED SMART TVs. Kitchens are equipped with a stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and blender.
