Upon entering the fenced property of Villa Labin Palace II you come to the plateau in front of the house, which is located at the top of the cascading property of the villa. In this part of the estate there is an additional house for entertainment and fitness. The equipped gym includes a treadmill, exercise bike, orbitrek, set of weights, mat and benches for self-exercise. In the same space there is a pool table, darts, Smart TV and Hi Fi system. The house also has a toilet and a mini kitchen which leads to a terrace with an outdoor dining area for 10 people and a Weber grill.
An external staircase on both sides of the villa descends further along the cascading terraces and leads to the lower terrace, decorated with a combination of wood and stone, which offers a view of the beautiful landscape of a quiet sea bay. On this terrace there is a comfortable seating area and modern sun loungers. Guests can relax in the
jacuzzi with hot water for 5 people and swim in the heated 12.5-meter long outdoor pool (50m2). The pool has a waterfall and the possibility of counter-current swimming, and there is also an outdoor shower next to the pool.
From this terrace you enter the wellness area of the ground floor of the villa where there are two saunas, infrared and Finnish. In addition, there is another shower and relaxation area with a water bed and a toilet on this floor.
The stairs from the terrace with the pool continue down to the part with a carefully maintained lawn and fragrant Mediterranean plants, lined with stone and with an indispensable view of the surrounding nature and the blue Adriatic Sea. The cascading terrace continues and leads to another carefully maintained and landscaped garden with fragrant lavender and olive trees.
Stairs from this part of the garden descend to the sea where guests have at their disposal a
wood-paneled pontoon for sunbathing and entering the beautiful Adriatic sea.
The main part of the villa with kitchen and living room is located on the second floor of the villa and it is entered from the upper plateau in front of the villa. Upon entering the villa in front of us opens an airy, modern living room with comfortable sofas, fireplace and LCD TV. An entire wall with large windows opens onto a balcony with seating and views of the blue sea and the green shore of the bay. Dining room has table for 10 people and also has access to the balcony. In extension of dining room there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen.
There are two bedrooms located on this floor. One of them has a king size bed, LCD TV, safe, en suite bathroom with shower and access to a balcony of 10m2 with seating furniture and sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds, LCD TV, safe, sea view and en suite bathroom with shower. On this floor there is an additional guest toilet.
Stairs lead down to the lower floor where there are 3 more bedrooms. All three bedrooms are carefully decorated, similar, yet different each in its own way. The bedrooms have king size beds, LCD TV, safe, en suite bathroom, two with a shower and one with a bathtub. Also, all three rooms have access to a balcony with seating and sea views.
Villa Labin Palace II is fully air conditioned and has Wi-Fi access. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker.
