The central place in the carefully maintained garden is occupied by a heated pool (60 m2) surrounded by modern sun loungers. A paved path leads to the covered entrance to the villa where there is another set for sitting and enjoying the view of the entire garden and the surrounding nature.
In the garden there is an additional house with a fireplace and sink and a dining table for 8 people. The glass walls of the house can be fully opened so that this space connects with the garden of the villa, and can also be closed, depending on the wishes of the guests. In this area there are also exercise equipment for all those who want to stay active during the holidays and a table tennis table as the perfect entertainment during summer gatherings.
From the garden, through large glass door, you enter the open space on the ground floor of the villa.In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, there is a dining table for 8 people and a comfortable living room with a sofa and LCD TV, DVD player and stereo. The whole space is dominated by neutral colors, and the indoor fireplace gives a special warmth to the whole space. On this floor there is one bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower and one additional toilet.
The stairs lead to the first floor of Villa Deluxe Pula, one part of which is open to the ground floor and functions as a continuation of the living room and entertainment area. In addition to a comfortable sofa, there is also a billiard table, satellite TV and player consoles, and from this space you can go out to the balcony with a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea and surrounding green nature.
