The Luxury Villa Sutivan Diamond 1 and 2 extends on 620 m2 of residential area in two identical living units where each unit has three floors. Villa Sutivan Diamond 1 has a basement, ground floor and first floor and Sutivan Diamond 2 has a ground floor, first floor, and a second floor.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen with four cooker, hood and oven, toaster and microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, kettle, blender, mixer, toaster. The villa also has a safe, washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.
