This beautiful and superbly decorated villa is situated in Okrug Gornji on the small peninsula of Ciovo (1 km from the center of the place), only 25 meters from the sea and the pebble beach, and 2.5 km from the historic town of Trogir, which is under UNESCO protection.

Villa Trogir is a very modern, but at the same time, charming villa, which contains the essence of the Mediterranean. It was built in 2015 and is a successful example of modern, simple and clean line architecture, merged with the natural environment: the green pine trees and the deep blue sea in its immediate vicinity. Aside from the splendid and elegant exterior, this villa also has a very beautiful and functional interior, ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Villa Trogir is divided into 4 different levels: basement, ground floor, first and second floor. The surface of the entire estate is 700 m², while the area ofthe villa covers up to 300 m².

Villa Trogir has 6 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, terrace, indoor and outdoor pools and a wellness zone. Within the villa, there are 11 beds. It is suitable accommodation for up to 11 people.

In the basement of Villa Trogir, there is a luxurious spa area equipped with various facilities: indoor swimming pool (50 sqm), sauna, bathroom with shower, gym and entertainment room with billiard table. The indoor swimming pool is equipped with a counter-current system for swimming and is also heated, which is ideal for winter days.

A special part of this villa belongs to its spacious terrace on the ground floor,which is additionally adorned with a green lawn, palm trees, plants and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool (35 m²) with a shower. Beside the pool, there are several comfortable chairs, which are simply inviting for relaxation. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea, mountains and the old-town of Trogir in the distance.

Within the ground floor of the villa, there is a comfortable living room, framed by the large glass walls, which can also be opened as an additional exit to the outdoor terrace. Next to the living room, there are a kitchen and dining room. One guest toilet is also nearby. On this floor, there are also two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms with a shower. One of the rooms also has access to the terrace with a swimming pool.

The first and second floor of the villa are designed as a sleeping and resting zone. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds, and the third one is a single room. The south-facing bedroom with a double bed also has its own terrace.

On the second floor is the last - the sixth bedroom, also equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom.

The villa’s garden is surely not inferior in comparison to its elegant interior. Deck chairs by the pool, garden furniture and an outdoor fireplace give a special Mediterranean charm to the entire property. Also, the proximity of protected cultural and historical monuments in the towns of Trogir and Split will really satisfy the most demanding guests with various interesting entertainment programs and gastronomy.

Villa Trogir 2 is fully air conditioned, equipped with satellite LCD TV, Hi-Fi, safe, in-floor heating and wireless Internet access. This villa has all the modern technology necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay, such as a dishwasher, oven, stove, hood, refrigerator, coffee maker, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, outdoor shower, grill, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sauna, gym, billiards room, garden furniture and sun loungers.
