Villa Helena is located on a property of 400 m2, has a living area of 300 m2 and spreads over two floors: ground floor and first floor.

Villa Helena is surrounded by a spacious garden facing the sea where there is a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, sun loungers and a covered terrace with barbecue and outdoor dining table for 10 people.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 toilet and is suitable for comfortable accommodation of 10 people.

Luxury Villa Helena is surrounded by a carefully landscaped garden with well-kept lawn and Mediterranean plants.In the part of the garden facing the sea there is a swimming pool with Jacuzzi and sun loungers and parasols. The garden offers enchanting views of the Adriatic Sea and beautiful sunsets and is the perfect place to spend hot summer days hanging out with family or friends. From the garden, a few steps lead to the covered porch in front of the house with a summer kitchen with barbecue for preparing many delicious dishes and an outdoor dining table for 10 people.

From the garden you enter a spacious open space where there is a living room, kitchen and dining room. It is elegantly and modernly decorated creating stylish and comfortable space where you will enjoy spending your time. In the living room there are comfortable sofas, a large LCD TV and a fireplace. The living room continues into the dining room with a dining table and a modern fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor of the villa there is also a toilet and one bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower.

Stairs lead from the ground floor to the first floor where four bedrooms are located. First of them is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower and access to its own terrace. The other three bedrooms also have king size beds; one has private bathroom with a a shower and other two have shared bathroom with shower.
Guests have at their disposal a sauna where they can relax their mind and body and fully enjoy their vacation.

Luxury Villa Helena is fully air conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee maker. The villa also has a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. Parking is available within the villa.
