A sliding glass door separates the living room from the terrace, which is equipped with high quality furniture. Next to the living room, there is a modern dining room, but guests may alternatively enjoy dining outside onto the terrace. The indoor dining area is connected to a small kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. In addition, the ground floor has one bathroom with a tub and shower.

There are four bedrooms on the second floor of Villa Dubrovnik Sea Diamant. Three bedrooms, decorated in a modern style with white furniture and TV, have double beds. One of them, the master bedroom also has a balcony with a panoramic view and a bathroom with a shower. The fourth, and the last bedroom, decorated in the same style, is smaller and equipped with a single bed and a garden view. On the same floor, there is also another bathroom with a shower.
