In the continuation of the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 10 people and one guest toilet.

Recreational - entertainment zone with several exercise equipment, indoor sauna and jacuzzi are located on the basement floor of this modern villa, which is reached by indoor stone steps and is an ideal place for entertaining and maintaining a daily recreational routine.
