The main entrance to the villa is located on the north side and leads to the first floor of this unique beauty. Here, you will find a completely equipped and modern kitchen, and a spacious dining room with table and chairs. This area is separated by a glass wall from the south-oriented spacious terrace, furnished with comfortable chairs, so you can relax and enjoy the sea view. The dining room is connected to a discreet living room with leather sofas, antique furniture and the latest technology, LCD TV and DVD player. The living room has access to one more, east-oriented, terrace with comfortable seating furniture and access to the garden.
The first and the second floor of the villa are connected by an internal staircase,which takes you into the oasis of your dreams. On this floor, there are 3 bedrooms, and one of them is a master bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and an en suite modern bathroom. An essential part of this room is the balcony with a panoramic view of the sea and the rocky beach. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a north-oriented terrace with outdoor seating furniture. This terrace has a view of the natural surroundings of this mystical island. The third bedroom has a double bed. It is south-oriented and has a view of the sea and the beach. The latter two bedrooms share a modern bathroom.
Besides the beautiful, sunny as well as shady terraces and balconies that this villa offers, a
beautiful outdoor swimming pool has a great and indispensable role. The pool is located at the bottom of the estate, near the sea. It is equipped with sun chairs, sun umbrellas and outdoor seating furniture where you can enjoy refreshments through the day; and in the evening, a glass of wine. Next to the pool, there is also an outdoor shower.
Only a few meters away, along the narrow trail, you will find a small, comfortable, paved beach equipped with sun chairs and stairs to enter the sea, which are accessible only for the guests of the villa.
