Villa Dubrovnik Dream has 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet and is suitable accommodation for 8 people.

On the ground floor of Villa Dubrovnik Dream,there is a large courtyard with a heated swimming pool. This part of the villa is surrounded by lounges for sunbathing and relaxing and numerous sun umbrellas. The pool is designed in a way that it looks like a limitless water surface. From this little oasis, you have a breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding islands.

On the ground floor, there are two modern double rooms with tastefully decorated private bathrooms. Each bedroom, overlooking the sea, has a terrace with outdoor seating for your maximum comfort.

The first floor of Villa Dubrovnik Dream consists of two modern double rooms with separate bathrooms. Each room has a terrace with chairs for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular view.

The second floor of Villa Dubrovnik Dream consists of a modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony with sitting furniture. This floor also provides a magnificent sea view.

At the entrance of the estate, you will encounter a spacious, carefully landscaped garden area with many diverse Mediterranean plants. Several walkways stretch through the garden leading you to the Villa.

The villa has satellite TV, DVD, CD player, oven, stove, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, laundry with drying facilities, dishwasher, dining, sitting and garden furniture, garden, swimming pool, deck chairs and sun umbrellas. The villa also has parking space within the estate.

Distance from the sea is 1 km, from the sandy beach Sun Gardens is 1 km (5 min drive) and from the center of the town of Orasac is 50 m.
