From the beach, there are stairs that lead to the first floor of the villa.On the first floor, there is a magnificent terrace with a heated outdoor pool (5 x 3 m). The terrace consists of two areas. The first area includes a heated pool and sun deck, equipped with an outdoor shower and deck chairs. The second area of the terrace is covered and is equipped with a table, chairs and sitting furniture. Through the picturesque stone arches, you have a beautiful view of the bay and the endless blue sea. As you enter the first floor of the villa, you will first arrive to the spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and bar, dining room and living room with a fireplace, leather sofa and LCD TV. The glass door in the living area opens onto the beautiful terrace with the swimming pool. On the first floor, there are three modern bedrooms with double beds, each with a private bathroom and TV. Two of these rooms also have direct access to the terrace. A guest toilet is also found on the first floor of the villa.
Exterior stairs lead to the second floor of the villa. Next to the entrance of the second floor, you will find an outdoor barbecue, which is ideal for preparing and enjoying traditional Dalmatian cuisine. On the second floor, there are three modern bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and TV. The hallway, where there is one more guest toilet, leads to the spacious living area. Here, you will find a living room with a leather sofa and a TV, which is connected to the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen with a bar. The large glass doors let in plenty of sunlight to this bright and airy space. The terrace is also equipped with a dining table and it is perfect for enjoying the sea view while sipping on a glass of fine Dalmatian wine on warm summer nights.
