Our facility is furnished for vacation and available all year long, and able to optimally accommodate 20 people.  We are located 7km from Biograd na Moru, in municipality of Polaca.  
The hostess prepares welcome dinner upon your arrival.  Upon departure, guests are treated to a meal prepared under hot coals, a specialty for Dalmatia. 
We have a private parking lot with room for 8 vehicles, terraces, gazebo, outdoor grilling amenities, and barbecue.  Pets are not allowed on property.  Smoking is allowed on terraces and in gazebo.  There are 5 terraces overlooking the pool, garden and courtyard. 
Wireless internet access is available free of charge. 

When booking, we require deposit 30%.  Remaining balance is payable upon checking in.  Advance  payment is non-refundable.
