The 1000m2 Villa Evoque with an indoor area of 340m2 offers accommodation to 8 guests in three elegantly decorated bedrooms located on the 1st floor of the villa. All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, a TV and an A/C system, while the master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. From the bedrooms, guests access the spacious balcony, which overlook the gorgeous outdoor swimming pool. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, guests have another bathroom with a shower and a separate toilette at their disposal. The bathrooms possess all bathroom necessities such as towels, a washing machine, a hair dryer, etc. The ground floor of Villa Evoque consists of a fully equipped kitchen, where guests will be able to show off their culinary skills, as well as of a stunning dining room for six with a glass wall for a beautiful view while socializing with your loved ones over a delicious meal. The spacious living room with lots of natural sunlight is furnished with a sofa bed, where two guests can sleep, as well as with a smart TV. The living room with its modern fireplace creates an inviting space, where guests can unwind during hot summer nights. The entire property has access to WLAN, is air-conditioned, and has a safe, where guests will be able to store their valuables safely.
From the living room, one access the stunning courtyard of Villa Evoque, whose crowning jewel is 26m2 swimming pool surrounded by sun-loungers, where guests of Villa Evoque can cool off and sun-bathe during ho summer days.
