On the ground floor there is an open-plan area, where guests will find kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliances for cooking a delicious meal, as well as a dining area which can comfortably seat 8 people. The elegantly decorated living room continues from the dining area and is equipped with a sofa and a mounted flat-screen TV. The object possesses an air-conditioning system and guests have a parking space on site at their disposal.
A sliding door from the living room area brings guests to the beautiful 150m2 large courtyard of villa Maris Nin.
