The cozy living room with a fireplace is furnished with two comfortable couches, of which one is extendable, so that two more guests can sleep there. Four of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the fifth one has two single beds, which can be put together into a double bed, if necessary. All bedrooms have their own TV, air-conditioning system and en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bidet. The en-suite bathroom of the master suite has a bathtub in addition to the shower. One of the bedrooms is separated from the main house and is located in a rustic stone house annex, for some additional privacy. Guests of Villa B2 will have the possibility of preparing delicious home-cooked meals in the spacious fully equipped kitchen and taste their meals in the grad dining area, which tastefully combines light wood with black, giving the area a luxurious feel. Additionally, there is a satellite TV and a DVD player, creating the perfect entertainment space for the whole family. A safe will be available to the guests, so that they can store their valuables safely. Glass doors from the living room lead into the 1300 m2 large courtyard of the Villa B2. The courtyard features a beautiful 25m2 large swimming pool with a tiny waterfall surrounded by lounging chairs. There is also an outdoor shower for the maximum convenience of our guests during their stay. Furthermore, a beautiful rustic outdoor tavern is available on the property with an outdoor dining room area with a grill and an outdoor living room area, perfect for socialization over some delicious grilled meals on fresh air during hot summer days. The property of Villa B2 is completely fences, so that guests will enjoy absolute privacy during their stay.
Radetići is a tiny village in the inland of Istria with many vineyards, cultivated fields and a lot of lush greenery. Being located in the rural part of Istria, Radetići has many taverns with traditional Istrian food delicacies, wineries and prosciutto manufactures, which will give you an authentic Istrian experience during your stay at the Villa B2. Furthermore, Radetići is some 30km away from all the tourist centers in Istria, such as Poreč, Pula, Rovinj and Vrsar. For those interested in the cultural heritage of Croatia, we recommend paying a visit to the medieval town Dvigrad, while nature lovers will definitely want to see the Lim Fjord – one of the most beautiful fjords of the Adria. Lim Fjord hides two caves of St. Romuald, where remains of more than 40 animal species such as the cave bear and the cave hyena have been found, which were captured by the prehistoric hunter. Today, the caves of St. Romuald are a popular excursion destination renowned for its mussels, which are a delicacy in the region. The owners of Villa B2 live nearby and will be at your disposal should you encounter any problems. Since they have an organic farm, you can await a delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables!
