The indoor area of Villa Royal Green 1 occupies 80m2 and provides accommodation to 6 guests in three air-conditioned bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. Furthermore, the Villa Royal Green 1 has two bathrooms with a shower and other bathroom necessities such as towels, a hair dryer, an iron etc. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils, so that our guests can show off their amazing culinary skills. The oldest royal city in Croatia, Nin, is less than 10km away from Žerava. Nin is famous for its saltworks, as well as having the world smallest cathedral – Sv. Križ. It is also home of the beautiful long sandy Queen’s Beach, where you will find medicinal mud, which is used to treat rheumatic diseases. A 15-minute car-ride away is the region´s center Zadar, which abounds in amazing restaurant, cultural and historic heritage, museums and festivities. Zadar is probably most famous for its breathtaking sunsets from the installation Greeting to the Sun. From Zadar, you can take various excursions to the surrounding areas such as the National Park Krka, National Park Paklenica, National Park Kornati and National Park Plitvicer Lakes, as well as to the many islands of the Zadar archipelago.
