Furthermore, guests will have two full bathrooms at their disposal, furnished with a shower and other bathroom necessities, such as towels, a hair dryer, an iron, etc. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped and possesses all kitchen appliances and utensils for the preparation of absolutely delicious meals. The open space kitchen extends into a cozy living room with a comfortable couch and satellite TV, creating the perfect space for relaxing and watching a movie during hot summer days. From the kitchen one enters the roofed terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, where our guests can show off their culinary skills on the grill. The front of the courtyard is adorned with a gorgeous 32m2 large heated swimming pool, which is surrounded by sunbeds and parasols. Žerava is the perfect tourist destination for those who want to experience a peacefully vacation in Croatia, away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. Nevertheless, Žerava is in the vicinity of some of the most renowned tourist destinations in Croatia, such as Nin (8km) and Zadar (12km). Nin, especially, is great for families with small children, since there are many sandy beaches with shallow waters along the Nin lagoon. Being the first royal Croatian city, Nin has a rich cultural and historical heritage which documents a time long gone by. Such an example is the Cathedral Sv. Križ, which is the smallest cathedral in the whole world. Zadar, the regions center, has a variety of touristic offers – from notable monuments, over museums, to restaurants with amazing Dalmatian cuisine.
