Royal apartment 3 is located 5m from the sea, at the end of the eastern part of the beach Sveti Stefan.
You can access the apartment from 3 separate entrances (main external entrance, internal stairs and from the side of the children's playground). If you are a workaholic there is also a desk.
For socializing with a glass of wine or champagne, you have a spacious living room with a fireplace for idyllic winter gatherings, while in summer you can share this pleasure with family and friends on your own terrace of 30m2 overlooking the sea and the island of Sveti Stefan. All rooms are air conditioned.
Guests of the apartment have a restaurant and bar, located on the ground floor. The working hours of the restaurant are from 7 am to 11 pm. Delivery of food and drinks from the menu or at the request of the guest in the apartment and on the beach, as well as private orders of special cooking specialties / which are not on the menu / at the request of the guest. Royal Holiday is a luxuriously equipped villa with a yard of 500m2 with a wooden canopy and a dining area for 15 people. Within the yard there is a covered area with a children's playground. The interior of the villa is modern and meets all standards of luxury and comfort. The spacious yard in front of the villa is the perfect place for morning coffee with the sound of the sea. The children's playroom makes the villa ideal for a family vacation. It also has its own private beach located directly in front of the villa. In the vicinity of the villa there is an underground garage which is provided with video surveillance. It is necessary to reserve a garage space and this service is charged
