All the house is surrounded by a mature garden full of trees (lemons, apricots, oranges and olives), ornamental plants and lawns. In this area, the heated swimming pool exist (on demand with an extra charge). Next to the pool comfortable sunbeds are at your disposal so as enjoy the Cretan sun.
Air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, satellite TV, home cinema system, Play Station, printer, security system and two safes are included in the amenities of this house.
Situated in a very quiet neighborhood, it is in a near distance to all local services and amenities. The Villa is only ten minutes’ drive from the town of Agios Nikolaos. Water sports, underwater diving, tennis courts, many lovely beaches, site seeing, walking tours and many other features are present in this amazing area of Crete.
