after reservation guest will be asked to make a 30% advance payment in order to confirm the reservation, the rest of the payment is due at arrival. 
If cancelled (15 days prior to arrival) advance payment is fully refunded. When refunded, all transaction fees go on guest's cost.
In case of cancellation within the 15days, advance payment is kept.
