Nefeli is a four-level villa, 250 square meters with elevator and all its spaces are accessible to the disabled.
It has 3 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, one of which is for the disabled, a gym, billiards, a large living room with a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Includes 3 bedrooms with Super King Size beds. The first bedroom has a large terrace with a seating area and a view of the garden and has direct access to the master bathroom which is located in the hallway of the first level.
The second bedroom has a small living room with a sofa that converts into a single bed and a private bathroom. The third bedroom is located in the attic, has a Super King Size bed, desk, large terrace with seating area, private bathroom and living room with sofa that converts into a double or twin beds. In the basement, there is a fully equipped gym with all the necessary instruments, also a small sitting area next to the billiards and a massage sofa. In the basement there is also a small kitchen with refrigerator and a large bathroom, which is for the disabled.
The living room with dining area and kitchen are located on the ground floor in a large open space and has direct access to the pool and garden. The kitchen is equipped to satisfy even the most demanding, with all electrical appliances and utensils. In the living room there are two large sofas, one of which becomes a double bed.
On the terrace of the living room there is a seating area, toilet and showers for the users of the pool. In the grass garden, by the pool, there are sunbeds and of course the barbecue along with a large dining area.
At the entrance of the building there is free parking for guests, as well as a free electric car charging station using a quick charger. There is also a playground for younger guests.
