Villa Primosten Palace is located only 200 meters from the beautiful pebble beach, has 2 separate houses - residential and a smaller house next to it with large swimming pool and area for relaxation. Villa has found its place on a
property of 1500 m² and villa itself spreads over 450m². Villa can accommodate up to 14 guests andoffers exclusive luxury accommodation
ideal for families or groups of friends.
Villa has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and extra toilet. Residential building consists of 3 fully furnishedapartments. On the first floor there are 2 very similar apartments each with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower and living area with terraces. Terraces are equipped with sitting furniture where you can enjoy morning coffee. On the second floor there is another luxury apartment with 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms have double beds and third room has bunk beds. Apartment also has fully equipped kitchen, modern living room with fireplace, bathroom with massage shower, bathroom with jacuzzi tub and terrace with garden furniture and a nice sea view.
The outside space is nicely arranged with plenty of outdoor furniture on the large terraces to make the most of the incredible sea views. The swimming pool (50 m²) is surrounded by plenty of sun loungers. Under the covered terrace is additional wooden outdoor furniture. Smaller summer house has a living room and beautiful and modern kitchen, well equipped with stove, oven, hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The pool area can be lit up at night to allow guests to make the most of spending the warm evenings outside.
