Spend unforgettable moments of your summer holiday in this modern and multifunctional villa which is located on an elevated position enjoying great views of the sea and only a few minutes of walk away from beautifulpebble beaches. The villa is approached up a slip road from the main road to a gated drive way. For first time visitors the steep approach needs to be driven down slowly to get used to it, after a few runs guests adapt to this quickly.
Villa Almyssa is lovingly furnished and decorated to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for the guests entire stay. Villa is modern equipped living space (400m²) and has walled garden of 900m² which is perfect getaway for families or group of friends.
Villa Almyssa is superbly equipped and very restful, it consists of 3 en-suite dobule bedrooms, separate au-pair/teenager suite, extra toilets, and
spa area with gym equipment. It is great accommodation for group of 8 persons.
Ground floor of villa Almyssa has plenty of large picture windows and glass sliding doors to give you a stunning, panoramic view of the sea. On this floor there is stylish sitting area, fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for 8 persons. From the sitting and dining areas there are stunning sea views and direct access to the pool terrace and the outdoor eating area.
Indoor stairs lead to the first floor
where there are 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The two bedrooms have a shared balcony and views from their baths out to sea. The third bedroom has patio doors opening on to a side terrace that can also be accessed by stairs from the main sun terrace.
On the lower ground floor there is lovely spa area, with a hot-tub, leather mats for relaxation and a partial glass wall which allows you to look up into the swimming pool, creating an underwater atmosphere. The spa has its own shower room,
sauna and gym equipment. Also on this floor there is an au-pair/teenager suite, with its own entrance, consisting of a double sofa-bed, kitchenette and ensuite shower. There is a completely walled and gated garden with parking space, olive trees, lavender and rosemary.
The outside area of Villa Almyssa has wonderfully decorated Mediterranean garden that enriches the swimmingpool
(24m²) and accompanying terraces. Adding garden furniture, sunbeds and parasols it creates a perfect leisure oasis. Also here you will will find dinning area, from where you can have a pleasure of al fresco dinning.
