Luxury Villa Terra Rossa is perfect accommodation for 8 persons and it spreads over ground and first floor. Ground floor area is an elegant open space living area with kitchen, dining room and living room in a direct connection with outside pool area. The other parts of the ground floor area consist of one daily bathroom and one spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom and glass exit to a terrace, situated on the west side of the villa.
First floor is connected with inner wooden staircase, where you will find 3 more bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and double beds. Each room has her own particular style and emotion, with a joint accent on comfort and contemporary. All of the rooms have exit either to balcony or terrace, or both. Two bedrooms have bathtubs, while master bathroom also has a shower. Guests bedroom have a balcony overlooking the east side of the property, also catching the sea view. This bedroom has a special cute and cozy interior, created by using of bright and white colors with warm wood details. Whole house is air-conditioned and bathroom areas have floor heating. Majority of walls have window openings or sliding glass doors, so inside area is very lucent and bright. Interior has been decorated with special colorful details, adding an arty touch into the whole impression.
Area around the swimming pool (100m²) is surrounded with palm trees and lavender, matching the color of deck furniture. Usage of the top quality furniture and attention on every single detail in design are two main features of this property. The essence was to make a visitor feel warmy and welcome. Landscape around villa has been planned as one elegant Mediterranean garden, filled with olive trees, lavender, rosemary, lemon and orange trees.
Location
UNESCO protected city of Trogir is a medieval city, surrounded by walls, which consists of preserved castle, tower and series of houses and palaces from the Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque periods. Trogir is connected to all major European cities by its well-organized infrastructure of air, road, and maritime companies. Airport Split is only 5 km away, which makes Trogir an ideal holiday destination. The nearby city of Split, the second largest city in Croatia and the capital of Dalmatia is just 30 minutes of driving away and offers many musical and cultural manifestations, as well as its most prominent sight – the palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian, around which the city was built.
The area where villa is situated is called Divulje and is situated between towns Split and Trogir, both very popular Dalmatian destinations. The position of villa is perfect because it can be reached easily by a plane - International airport is few minutes away, you can easily anchor a yacht in her front and most of the middle Dalmatian islands like Hvar, Brac and Vis are on an hour boat drive away.
