This charming stone built villa for 6+1 persons is set in the peaceful countryside within walking distance of Bol town and the nearest beach. With its two swimming pools and large mediterranean gardens, this villa is a perfect holiday home for a family looking for summer break within easy reach of shops, restaurants and seaside activities.
Casa Olivia gives you a great view at Bol and the island of Hvar. It is newly built in dalmatian traditional style, and equipped enough to satisfy every guest. Set all on two levels, connected with indoor steps, guests enter the villa from the pool area to a bright, spacious open plan living-kitchen-dining room, with adittional sofa bed for one person. On this level there is also bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom and adittional bathroom. On top floor there are two bedrooms, both with single beds.
All bedrooms in Casa Olivia are air-conditioned and equipped with smart TVs. Its modern interior is tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail. However, it is the amazing sea view that will leave you breathless. You can enjoy it from the safety of large terrace with two private swimming pools - one for children (6m²; depth 0,5m) and another normal swimming pool (28m²; depth 1,5m), an outdoor barbecue, outside dining area, a lounge zone and comfortable chairs.
The most special thing about Casa Olivia is the intimate atmosphere of a peaceful olive garden and the proximity of the city center. First nice pebble beach great for children is 400m away and popular beach Zlatni rat is 1500m away and it can easily be reached by tourist train which drives several times a day.

Location
Island Brac is situated between islands Solta and Hvar and it is biggest middle Dalmatian island with 395 km² of space. The island was probably named after a deer – brenthos in Illyrian, a cult animal of Illyrian tribes who inhabited the island. Greeks called it Elaphusa and Bretanide which derives from the world elaphos – deer. Findings in the Kopacina cave are the evidence of the presence of deer on Brac in the prehistoric period. Beach Zlatni rat, Vidova gora, Blaca desert, deep inlets, olive-groves, vineyards, pine wood along the crystal clear sea are images that numerous visitors bring home from the island of Brac. With its unspoiled nature, beautiful beaches, cultural and historical attractions, and well developed tourist and sport offers, Bol is one of the best known tourist destinations in Croatia. Situated on the southern part of the island, Bol is the oldest littoral village and a famous summer resort. Far known beach Zlatni rat is one of the biggest and most beautiful natural attractions of Bol and the whole Adriatic. Zlatni rat beach is constantly rated as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world by its visitors and magazines alike. It is on top ten lists by Lonely Planet, LA Times, Daily Telegraph and many others. Bol has a long tradition in tourism, with first recorded tourist arrivals in 1923. Beach Zlatni rat extends along for half a kilometer into the sea, like a sandy point covered by a dense pine wood. Stari Bol was village of wine-growers, fishermen and seamen whilst today is a tourist place with hotel complexes, private houses and apartments. Bol is a preferable tourist destination thanks to its restaurants with original Dalmatian recipes, diving clubs, sailing and tennis clubs, fitness centers, village port favorite for yachtsmen, etc. Bol actually has a lot to offer to everyone. You can relax at the beach and get some tan, or you can be active as much as you like. Outdoor activities in Bol include hiking, scuba diving, windsurfing, kite surfing, quad rides, sightseeing (museums, galleries, and traditional architecture), para-sailing, banana and tube rides, water skiing, free climbing and much more. Bol also offer wide variety of restaurants and bars for you to choose from. Most restaurants offer local and Mediterranean specialties, most popular being ‘Lamb on a spit’ and ‘Octopus under Peka’. If you like trying different food you should definitely try ‘Vitalac’ which is a dish authentic to island Brac.
