The ground floor area of main house is ideal for both summer afternoon siestas and autumn cups of tea, while lovely outdoor terraces provide a great setting for both personal quiet time and group get-togethers. Villa has in total 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and it is beautiful accommodation for ten persons.

The master house is on three floors. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a particularly lovely living room, bathroom, double bedroom and additional double be. The first floor is reserved for villa manager who is on site and takes care of guests needs (this level has private entrance and villa manager suite is totally private). Second floor is reached by outdoor staircase leading to another suite quipped with double bed, SAT TV and bathroom, kitchenette. The adjoining loggia overlooking the bay is a lovely place to sit and relax. In all studios there are double beds, bathrooms, kitchenette, living areas is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.
The outdoors feature a large private swimming pool (40m²) surrounded by comfortable sun beds and umbrellas, along with a shaded dining area as a perfect spot for al fresco dining and moments of socialization, enhanced by the distinctive scent of the vegetation typical in this area of the Mediterranean. There is also typical Dalmatian summer kitchen where you can prepare tasty dishes but if you like a restaurant serving locally grown food is also located on site.

Location
Island Brac is situated between islands Solta and Hvar and it is biggest middle Dalmatian island with 395 km² of space. The island was probably named after a deer – brenthos in Illyrian, a cult animal of Illyrian tribes who inhabited the island. Greeks called it Elaphusa and Bretanide which derives from the world elaphos – deer. Beach Zlatni rat, Vidova gora, Blaca desert, deep inlets, olive-groves, vineyards, pine wood along the crystal clear sea are images that numerous visitors bring home from the island of Brac. Island Brac belongs to the sunniest Adriatic area with over 2,700 hours of sunshine a year (in summer 9-12 hours, in winter over 4 hours a day). The average summer temperature is 23.8 C and in winter 8,6 C. Island Brac is characterized by all the typical Mediterranean characteristics: long, hot and dry summers and short mild winters. Area of 394 km², a length of 40km and width of 13 km Brac is the most widespread island of Dalmatia, and the third largest among 1185 islands, islets and reefs in the Croatian Adriatic sea.
Milna is a town located in a wide bay on the western part of island Brač and 18km away from Supetar. The center of the town has a large marina with many berths and modern equipment. The town itself has many restaurants but not a single night club or bar. Milna has four large pebble beaches (Pasikova, Lučice, Maslinova, Osibova), two of which are in town and the other two in the near vicinity. There are pine woods located near the beaches themselves, providing the perfect shade for those who do not intend to sunbathe the whole day. The sea is crystal clear and the beaches face South, protecting them from north winds and making this region perfect for scuba diving, sailing and fishing. Apart from water sports, visitors can also enjoy soccer, volleyball, basketball, boccia and table tennis. You can enjoy traditional Dalmatian cooking and other specialties of the region in several restaurants. Milna is an oasis of peace and quiet, making it the perfect destination for a vacation away from the hustle of the city.
