Bol Beach House is the perfect place for a larger family or group of friends to enjoy a holiday which offers a perfect recreational and relaxing oasis, spread over two floors: ground floor and first floor with mezzanine. Main house covers an area of 200 m².
On the property of Bol Beach House you will also find solar heated swimming pool (8m x 5m) and a charmingly landscaped gardens with an outdoor covered kitchen and dining area. Bol Beach House has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and is ideal accommodation for a maximum of 8 persons.
Entering the property, on the right side you will find the beautiful and spacious stone terrace, which combines the elements of stone, wood, pine, olive trees and sun creating an oasis of peace. The stone terrace consists of a swimming pool of 40m², which is surrounded by deck chairs and a shower. There is also equipped kitchenette, barbecue and outdoor covered dining area. However, the most exquisite part of the property that will leave you breathless is the stunning view of the deep blue sea.
Stepping into the first floor of Bol Beach House where the main entrance to the property is, you will find beautifully decorated and large living area with comfortable sofas, TV and iPod docks, wood burner and underfloor heating which can be quite useful during winter days. There is also fully equipped kitchen, mezzanine with sofa, small guest bathroom with bath and access to the large 28m² covered, south facing terrace - an ideal place for relax, dine or just watch the world go by on the sea below.
Internal stairs lead to the ground floor of the villa where you will find four en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning. Three of the rooms have super king size beds, whilst the fourth or children’s room, has two double beds. All rooms have a hotel quality safe that will store a large laptop and other equipment. Also, all bedrooms have exits to terraces where you can enjoy yourself in peace and quiet. There is also a laundry room on the lower floor which is available for use, containing washing/drying machines and ironing facilities.
After a day at the beach, take a walk a long coastal promenade lined with pine trees, sculptures and gardens to the old town. Bol is a buzzing place in summer – one of Croatia’s favourites. It boasts a fantastic weather record with long summer days cooled by a westerly mistral. Spread out along the coast it is backed by Vidova Gora at just under 800m it’s the highest point in the Adriatic.

Island Brac is situated between islands Solta and Hvar and it is biggest middle Dalmatian island with 395 km² of space. The island was probably named after a deer – brenthos in Illyrian, a cult animal of Illyrian tribes who inhabited the island. Greeks called it Elaphusa and Bretanide which derives from the world elaphos – deer. Findings in the Kopacina cave are the evidence of the presence of deer on Brac in the prehistoric period. Beach Zlatni rat, Vidova gora, Blaca desert, deep inlets, olive-groves, vineyards, pine wood along the crystal clear sea are images that numerous visitors bring home from the island of Brac.
