Casa Le Calle is a splendid structure overlooking the Faraglioni of Capri and the island of Li Galli: extraordinary sunsets can be admired from the house. It is located on the road that connects Praiano and Positano, near the famous hotels "San Pietro" and "Villa Tre Ville", and is easily accessible from the road, climbing only a few steps. The house is completely renovated with modern furnishings and selected with attention to detail: it still has the ancient floor, revisited in a modern key. It enjoys a spacious garden, embellished with a lovely pergola, an outdoor shower and garden furniture.
The house is organized on one floor, which includes:
• Entrance patio with solarium, outdoor shower, outdoor dining table - sea view
• Kitchen with small living room and dining area for 4 people - SMART TV and wifi available
• 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x200) and private bathroom with large shower, open onto the bedroom
• 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190) (or 2 single beds on request)
• 1 full bathroom with shower
Casa Le Calle is located in Positano, in the Laurito area, a few steps from the Grand Hotel San Pietro and the Da Adolfo restaurant. Just 5 minutes by bus you can reach the center of Positano or that of Praiano. It can be reached via a small ramp of about 20 steps from the main road. Arrival by car is not recommended - private parking is not available and street parking may be difficult.
On foot you can reach:
• 4 restaurants / bars / pizzeria
• Local bus stop and SITA to Amalfi and Positano (right in front of the house)
• Laurito beach and the famous Da Adolfo restaurant (10 minutes walk)
