Villa Malika with Dependance is a complex that can accommodate up to ten people. It includes a prestigious villa, recently renovated with three king size bedrooms and a house with an independent entrance, with two double bedrooms, sea view. Both units shows breathtaking terraces overlooking Capri and Positano, kissed by the sun until sunset. Villa Malika is also equipped with a heated swimming pool with hydromassage, sea view and a large solarium. The Mediterranean style, enhanced by arches and ceramic tiles, gives freshness and light to the entire structure. The wifi is available throughout the property, free of charge.
The main unit - VILLA MALIKA - is organized on two levels:
MAIN FLOOR:
• Large panoramic terrace with garden furniture and table for outdoor dining

• Sea view living room with direct access to the outdoor terrace, furnished with dining table for 6 people, SMART TV and stereo system

• 1 double bedroom (it is possible to have two single beds) with private bathroom with shower and access to the front garden
The Dependance - CASA SUNSET - with independent entrance is organized on a single floor, which includes:
• Entrance through a panoramic patio, equipped with barbecue, outdoor living room, outdoor table
• Panoramic terrace facing the sea, with deck chairs, garden lounge and outdoor shower
• Living room with dining area, sofa bed (sofa size 160x190) and a dining table for six people
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
• 2 double bedrooms (bed size 160x190) with access to the front patio and sea views
• 2 bathrooms with shower, one with access from the bedroom
The entire property is located in the center of Praiano, west side, in a pedestrian street, not far from restaurants and shops. The fastest way to reach the villa is through a path of about 70 steps, alternating with a typical path. A porterage service can be arranged upon arrival. From the house you can reach the center of Praiano, going down about 200 steps. Private parking is available on request, for a fee, and is located about 400 meters from the property, or it is possible to park on the street (we cannot guarantee the availability of the space on the street).
