Villa Kedria was designed with great care using only environmentally friendly materials. Each room has the same excellent view – so everyone will be happy!
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, a large living room and a wooden table, satellite TV with NETFLIX, a jacuzzi, a wine cellar and a variety of other amenities that will make you feel luxury at its best.
The outdoor areas have a private pool (heated pool) with sun loungers and sunbeds, stunning sea views, shaded lounges and dining rooms on the east and west side of the plot and a fully equipped barbeque area overlooking Chania.
The heliport and the external toilets are a plus especially if you are not staying in the villa, but on the other hand, enjoying an event you have been invited to at the villa.
Inside Villa Kedria there is a living room with a large wooden dining room table, decorated with simple and modern lines.
There is a wine cellar, which upon arrival is full of 9 different kinds of local drinks from Kedria Distillery.
In the open-plan living room there is a glass perimeter so that you can enjoy the magnificent views at all times. Here you can also enjoy your Jacuzzi overlooking the spectacular views of Chania.
The kitchen at Villa Kedria is fully equipped. When you arrive at the villa, the fridge contains a wide variety of different foods to create your favorite meals and breakfasts (pizza, pasta sauce, milk, ham, etc.)
We assure you that you will never run out of something as we make sure to fill up the refrigerator quite frequently.
The water is drinkable but we offer bottled. There is also a storage area where you will find a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning items.
The kitchen has its own veranda to enjoy your morning coffee.
SWIMMING POOL AREA & HEATED SWIMMING POOL
There are 2 swimming pools. A heated swimming pool of 50 sq.m. which has a depth of 0.60m to 1.62m and the other is a shallow swimming pool for young children. Of course there are lifejackets for your safety.
The pool area has a shower, two outdoor beds, 6 wooden sun loungers, and 2 sofas. Everything with clean and comfortable pillows.
In addition, a wooden swing completes the image of the wooden furniture in vicinity.
BBQ AREA
Towards the west of the plot there is an organized and fully equipped barbeque area.
There is a gas grill, sink, fridge, kitchen and kitchen utensils.
In this section there is a large wooden dining room with a capacity of 20 people and a lounge for spending the day with your friends, cooking in the barbeque with the most beautiful view of Chania.
OUTDOOR DINING
An impressive large wooden table accompanied by a wooden living room is located on the eastern side of the plot.
HELIPAD
There is a heliport in the center of the plot which you can use either to land your helicopter or to do some kind of event.
OUTDOOR WC
In the exterior of the villa there are external toilets for men and women that can be used by the guests as well as in cases where a kind of event takes place.
PARKING SPACE
There is a garage with a shelter and unlimited free parking.
