The Villa
An elegant stone villa whose 90 m2 can host up to 6 guests. This lovely villa spreads out on 2 levels, covering a total of 90 m2, within a plot of land of 2000 m2, at the western part of Lefkada in Agia Marina. The house consists of an open-plan sitting /dining/kitchen area and of 2 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms: 1 spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with ensuite bathrooms and a third bathroom.
On the ground floor, the open-plan sitting/dining/kitchen area opens to all outdoor lounge and pool areas and there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second bathroom. A top designed metal staircase leads to the upper floor where the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is. At the exterior, there is a large dining area as well as ample lounge and sitting areas by the built-in BBQ. The infinity pool is 45 m2 and is surrounded by a wooden sun deck. Outdoor areas are handsomely shaded by pergolas. Lounge in the comfortable outdoor sitting area reading, relaxing or just admiring the views. You won’t resist the temptation to spend the whole day there, just next to the infinity pool taking your time and enjoying the peace, quiet and beauty of the grounds. Have your delicious morning breakfasts on the splendid handmade oak wooden table, centre-piece of the veranda next to the pool or in the stone-built barbeque among the orange and lemon trees of the mature garden. Then, relax or read in the chaises longues till evening, out in the sun or under the shaded pergola making some brakes for swimming in the infinity pool. Aggelos stone villa has -both inside and outside the house- been designed, decorated and furnished to host and serve efficiently multi-generational families.
All the rooms of the Villa are cool and oak wood-floored, the spacious living room is the place to meet in the evening and relax after a busy day of fun. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and snacks and you can also choose to eat indoors in the dining area with its soothing views of the olive groves.
The location
The villa is set in the unspoilt countryside of Agia Marina and moments away from a sandy beach. This villa boasts the serene calm of the imposing centuries-old trees in the olive grove, which will marvel you with their elaborate shapes and sculptural contortions. Complementing the privacy and independence of the villa, the location, which is very close to Agios Ioannis beach (blue flag award)on one hand and very close to the town of Lefkas on the other hand, offers a wealth of facilities and services. Within a 6 minutes walk or 700 meters, there is Agios Ioannis sandy beach, one of the best beaches of Lefkas where you can find beachfront restaurants, bars and watersport facilities. Within a ten minute walk you you can be in the town of Lefkas with shops, museums old churches, restaurants, bars and interesting nightlife. Agios Ioannis beach is the closest beach to the capital of the island; Lefkas Town. Beach bars, cafes and tavernas are peppered around the crescent-shaped beach. It is a sandy beach with turquoise waters.The beach is quiet ,virgin and rarely crowded and it is extended for nearly three kilometres. Along from this beach stretches a spit of beach called Miloi after the eighteenth century windmills that stand as sentinels lined up along the waterfront, a popular area for kitesurfers and windsurfers.

• Cancellation between 120 days and 60 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 60 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 60% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
