Arriving at the impressive gated entrance to the estate, you will enter along the private driveway which leads up to the residence itself. An array of exotic plants, trees and shrubs, together with its many olive and fruit trees, complete the feeling of absolute indulgence, exclusivity and privacy offered by this immaculate property.
The villa has an impressive blend of both traditional and modern amenities and is finished to the very highest standards. The very best quality materials have been used throughout the residence.
Hidden Gem Estate boast stunning panoramic sea and mountain views to the Southern coastline of Kefalonia. It is less than a km away from the beautiful beach at Spartia Bay. It is also walking distance to Spartia Square where there is a restaurant and 2 mini markets. Other restaurants are close by.
The upstairs of the villa is on two levels. A large entrance area leads to an open lounge and dining area with patio doors which open unto very spacious verandas. The views of the mountain, ocean, private swimming pool and garden are spectacular. A separate well equipped kitchen is next to the dining room. On this level there is a bedroom and bathroom. An enclosed part of the veranda has a built in BBQ.
On the second floor there are 4 large bedrooms, three of which have a balcony that overlook the swimming pool. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Two of the other bedrooms have king beds (one converts to 2 singles). The fourth bedroom have a queen bed. There are 2 other bathrooms on this floor.
On the ground level, facing the pool, are three independent apartments each with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and patio space. These are great for extra guests or supporting staff.
The salt water pool is 14.5 x 6.5 meters with a children’s area 2.5. x 4.5 meters. The area around the pool is approximately 1000 sq meters and is ideal for hosting large groups such as wedding receptions etc. There is a shower and two toilets by the pool.
Next to the pool there is an enclosed gazebo with a full kitchen, lots of counter space for preparing meals. Plenty of seating for watching a game or show on the flat screen TV. A large gas BBQ and sink are located in an open structure adjacent to the gazebo.
All indoor spaces are fully air conditioned and free WiFi is available in all indoor and outdoor areas. The housekeeper comes in on a daily basis and the linens and towels are changed twice a week.
Guests have the exclusive use of the property. They have the option of renting just the upstairs which accommodates 10 people. For groups of 12, two apartments will remain closed. For groups of 14, one apartment will be closed. All will be opened for groups up to 18.
