The villa is located in a panoramic position, overlooking the sea. It offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Kvarner and the islands of Krk and Cres.
It is surrounded by a large garden (about 700 square meters) furnished with outdoor seating/dinning area and barbecue. Private parking is available in the internal courtyard.
The house is distributed on two levels: on the ground floor there is a living area with kitchen and living room and on the first floor the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
A large and bright living room offers a beautiful sea view and has access to the swimming pool. It is furnished with a sofa bed and satellite TV.
The kitchen, overlooking the pool, is complete with oven, fridge, freezer, double sink and microwave.

Medveja is also a very equipped beach, with all the facilities. The bottom becomes deep gradually, allowing you to walk for some time with very low water: an ideal solution for children.
The town of Medveja offers numerous bars, pizzerias and restaurants, while Opatija (9 km) is the most popular resort on this stretch of coast, with luxury hotels, first-class restaurants and surprising small taverns.
