TLC-111.2-Villa, Mykonos, overlooks Megali Ammos Bay, about a 5 minute walk to Chora Old Town on the left and Megali Ammos Beach on the right. Their sunsets are unmatched by any property on the island, with the famous windmills standing just beyond
The TLC-111.2-Villa is slightly larger, with a full-size Boffi kitchen and outdoor shower.
The main level contains 2 suites and a third is located just below the main patio. The patio has a large built-in seating area which is shaded by a pergola, lounge chairs and an infinity pool.
The patio wraps around the side of the villa where an outdoor dining area provides easy access to the kitchen with full views of Megali Ammos beach and Canalia in the distance. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people, as does the lounge area.
The master bedroom faces Megali Ammos Beach through 3 picture windows. It is accessed from the main hallway of the upper villa but located behind a lockable pivot door for added privacy. For the convenience of customers
the toilet and the large shower room are separate from both the bedroom and from each other. The second bedroom is often mistaken for the master. It is located off the main hallway and the bed faces the outside patio with sea view. The bathroom and walk-in closet are an integral part of this room but hidden behind the bed. The occupants of this room also benefit from a private outdoor shower.
The third bedroom is incredibly spacious with a separate toilet and shower room. As this room does not have direct access to the upper villa, it has a small living room with refrigerator and coffee maker
facilities.
