TLC-114.4-Villa boasts an outdoor BBQ and an outdoor dining & lounging area (sunny & shady all
day long)- all in front of the 72m2 infinity pool that flows off into the Aegean horizon- and you are
still less than a two-minute walk to the sea (still within the resort).
TLC-114.4-Villa is ideal for couples, or families with children, vacationing together who enjoy being
together in the spacious pool area and common rooms, but may still want some privacy. The villa has
a single main entrance, one Master Bedroom (expanded Queen-size bed), with an en-suite bathroom
on the upper level, and a terrace; another Master bedroom (with King-size bed- or two twins) with an
en-suite bathroom on the pool level; and a third bedroom (Queen-size bed) on the ground level.

The brilliant white interiors and exteriors and the subtle tasteful decorations reflect the Mykonian-
elegance the island is known for, so you can totally immerse yourself in the spirit of the island.

The refurbished luxury estate has daily, complimentary maid service, 24/7 CCTV monitoring at the
periphery of the estate, Netflix, flat screen TVs, back-up generators, a desalination plant, and a 24/7
gate-access control. The pool can be heated for a fee.
