Family house Eva for 6 people is situated in a small village Matulini. On the ground floor are spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, indoor terrace with dinnig area that has air - conditioning, separated toilet, bathroom and 1 bedroom with queen size bed. The first floor consists 2 bedrooms with air - conditioning and 1 bathroom. In front of house is a swimming pool and shower, there is also a BBQ, sunbeds and covered sitting area. With house, you get also secure parking space. Village Matulini where house is situated is a small place with only a few friendly neighbours. It is 10 km far away from the town Poreč where you can find the best restaurant that can offer you our best local specialties. All Istrian most beautiful towns as Rovinj and Pula are just half our from you far away.
Services: final cleaning is included in the rate. The cleaning during the stay must be ordered in advance. Extra cost is 30,00 EUR per cleaning. Fresh fruits can be ordered on the spot. Extra cost is 5,00 EUR.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. That's about 1509.24HRK. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
