Luxury Villa Castello Split has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet and is suitable for the comfortable accommodation of 10 people. The villa has a large heated pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna.
Luxury Villa Castello Split was built a hundred years ago and witnessed many important historical events. The villa was rebuilt in 2004 with detailed monitoring by the Croatian Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments because of its historical value. Despite the fact that this stone beauty is located in the city center, it offers complete privacy for its guests. The villa is an ideal choice for those who want to spend their holiday relaxing in luxurious private surroundings close to the city center, as well as for those who want to enjoy themselves in the company of their friends in this spacious and magnificent edifice.
On the ground floor of Villa Castello Split, there are: a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a bar and chairs, an area for dining with designer chairs and table and a living area with a large leather sofa, a modern designer table and LCD satellite TV. In this part of the villa, there is also a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a modern bathroom with a shower. This floor can function as a separate apartment of the villa and is connected by an internal staircase with the upper floor.
On the first floor,which is an area for
relaxation, there is the main kitchen equipped with top quality contents, which will allow you to enjoy preparing various delights.
On the first floor, you will find the vestibule with a fireplace, a spacious living room with many paintings, leather sofas, a designer coffee table and LCD satellite TV. The living room is connected to a spacious dining room, which is equipped with top quality wooden furniture and a large table with chairs. From the dining room through the front door is the main terrace area, where you will find outdoor sitting furniture for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular view.
Study room / library is also located on the first floor. This room will allow you to enjoy the tranquility of this unique villa while curling up with a good book.
A special part of this floor is devoted to the
area for relaxation, so that you can enjoy the
sauna. In this section, there is also a toilet.
The second floor of this villa is designed for rest and relaxation. On this floor, there are 4 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom furnished and decorated to the finest detail. It has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, equipped with sinks for him and her, designer bath and modern shower. The room has a terrace overlooking the sea.
The second bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower as well as a terrace overlooking the sea. The other two bedrooms include double beds and share a common bathroom. These rooms have a balcony and winter garden.
