Resort E&F covers an area of 760 m2 of living area of luxury architecture and 1000 m2 with a beautiful panoramic sea view. Resort E&F has 2 villas, Villa Elena and Villa Frida, and each have 3 floors: ground floor, first and second floor.
The property is adorned with two large heated infinity pools, and in addition to a luxurious getaway, there is a sauna and jacuzzi in each villas.
Resort E&Fin each villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen with an island, a living area with a table for 10 people, a living room with a sofa bed, a guest toilet, 4 luxury rooms with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms with shower and in Villa Elena there is also 1 room with 2 twin beds and en suite bathroom with shower. The special features of the villas are the south terrace with outdoor fireplace and dining sets, which offer panoramic views of the sea and islands of the Dubrovnik archipelago, as well as a pool terrace with heated pool and deck chairs. In the wellness oasis area where you will find a jacuzzi and sauna, there is also a bar and an additional bathroom.

Each villa is constructed in the same way. Entering through the main doors we reach four double bedrooms
on the second floor. Each of the rooms are air-conditioned, have a king size bed, en suite bathroom, and have an amazing view while on of the bedrooms also has a private balcony.
First floor is connected with the second floor with indoor stairs that lead you to a central living area with a large comfortable sofa, dining area, modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your most desired meals. On this floor there are also two additional guest’s toilets.
On the ground floor Villa Elena has also another bedroom with twin beds that also has a direct exit to the terrace while Villa Frida has 4 bedrooms in total on the second floor which are previously mentioned. The living area on the ground level leads to the spacious terrace with lounge and dining area, and a heated swimming pool. The most remarkable part of this beautiful villa is the stunning heated infinity swimming pool, ideal for deal for having those magical moments while looking out at a panoramic view of the surroundings. Here on the ground floor you will also find a Finnish sauna and a Jacuzzi where you can relax and reduce your stress.
Resort E&F is fully air-conditioned. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer, blender and toaster. The villa is equipped with WI-FI wireless internet throughout the property, underfloor heating in bathrooms, satellite TVs, Finnish sauna, heated infinity pool, jacuzzi, summer kitchen, deck chairs, barbecue, outdoor dining room. The Villa provides a parking space for each guest on its property.
