On the first terrace, which is located right by the sea, harmoniously decorated with greenery and indigenous Brač stone, there are deck chairs for relaxing. This place is complemented by beautiful hanging swings for relaxation, which are ideal for relaxing and enjoying a good read with the sound of the waves.
With a few stone steps we come to the main spacious terrace where there is an overflow pool (6 m * 5 m) and a fantastic open space with a designer large dining table and an outdoor living room with designer seating. This exterior facing the sea in the embrace of pine trees and a gentle mistral are the ideal place to relax all your senses. The main terrace is also equipped with a fireplace - a bread oven that will reveal to your palate the juicy flavors of Dalmatian dishes.

the ground floor, spacious, very modern, airy and luxuriously decorated living room, two fully equipped kitchens with Miele appliances and a bar and a guest toilet. From the living room you can enter the SPA area with gym, infrared sauna and bathroom. The secrets of Dalmatian wines will be revealed to you by a private wine shop with a rich selection of wines at the purchase price. There is a laundry room on the same floor.
On the first floor of the villa, three spacious and luxuriously decorated bedrooms have found their place, each with an en suite bathroom (room 1, room 2, room 3). All rooms are facing the sea and have a view of the sea horizon. Room 1 also has a dressing room with an additional sofa, and like room 2 it has a south terrace with seating with sea views. Room 3 also has a south terrace that shares 2, but this terrace is complemented by a Jacuzzi and a private outdoor shower that will allow you to completely relax.
