You enter to cascade Luxury Villa Marina Prestige from the first floor where the parking lot is located and from which the internal stairs descend into the open ground floor of the house where there is a fully equipped kitchen with a table for 8 people and a living room with sofas and LCD TV. From this space you come to three terraces where there is an outdoor table for 8 people, and large glass walls give you a spectacular view from this luxuriously decorated space. On this floor there is also a toilet.

The stairs go down to the basement of the Luxury Villa Marina Prestige,where 4 bedrooms are situated. Each bedroom has king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower and one has a bathtub also. Each room has access to an outdoor terrace from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. On this floor there are also gym with exercise equipment and sauna.
