This floor has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub; and a deluxe bedroom, also with a private bathroom which includes a whirlpool bathtub. The large terrace of this floor offers an unforgettable panoramic view of the sea, the island of Lokrum and the old town port. This floor has direct access to the swimming pool.

On the second floor of the villa,there are a kitchen, living room and dining area with access to the terrace with a sea view. Two deluxe bedrooms equipped with queen size beds and private bathrooms, along with a guest toilet are situated on this floor of the villa. Outdoor stairs from the terrace also connect this floor to the swimming pool.

The third floor of the villa consists of two junior suites with the same room arrangement - each of them is made up of a kitchen, living room with dining area, double bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, and balcony with a sea view.
