Security deposits are handled through the rental platforms (like Airbnb). Additionally, we strongly recommend you maintain short-term rental insurance for further protection against any incidents. 
Our management fee ranges from 25% to 30% of the rental income, depending on the size of the property. Additional services, such as professional photography or seasonal cleaning, may be billed separately.
Each booking request is carefully screened. We verify guest profiles, review past ratings, and, when necessary, communicate with guests before confirming the stay. We prioritize respectful travelers seeking a premium experience.
Your property will be listed on leading rental platforms such as Airbnb and Booking, as well as our own direct booking website, helping you reduce external commission fees and maximize visibility. 
Yes. You can block dates for personal use at any time through your owner dashboard. Just let us know in advance so we can avoid new bookings during that period. 
You’ll have access to a secure owner dashboard where you can track key performance metrics such as occupancy rate, earnings, guest reviews, and service reports. We also provide a monthly performance report with personalized revenue optimization suggestions.
Our team is available 24/7 to handle any issues. Whether it’s a technical problem or a guest request, we act quickly using trusted local service providers, always keeping you informed. 
You must ensure the property is in good condition, properly insured, equipped with basic household essentials (vacuum cleaner, light bulbs, etc.), and compliant with local regulations — including the 90-day annual limit for primary residences in Paris.
You may terminate the contract at any time with one month’s written notice. However, all confirmed bookings made prior to termination must be honored.
