Our spacious living room invites you to relax, decorated with 2 comfortable sofas and a large television for convivial moments or movie evenings.

The two well-appointed bedrooms, with a double bed and a convertible sofa bed, offer a haven of peace.
When the sofa bed is unfolded into a bed, the bed is very low. It is ideally suited for children and adolescents, but is not recommended for adults or the elderly.

You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, including all the appliances needed to cook to your liking.

The dining room has a large table, perfect for enjoying a dinner with family or friends during your stay.

Enjoy a bathroom equipped with a shower cabin and everything you need for a refreshing wash.

Our apartment is located near the Seine, which will be the central location for the solemn opening ceremony of the Olympic Games.

The banks of the Seine will be the focal point for athletes and spectators during the river ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games.

On July 26, 2024 at 8:24 p.m., 160 boats will transport the 10,500 athletes over a distance of 6km between the Pont d'Austerlitz and the Pont d'Iéna. The parade will end with the passage of the French boat at 11:50 p.m., followed by the grand finale at the Trocadéro.
