Located on the 1st floor, accessible by a charming staircase, this 70 m² apartment offers a well-appointed space combining elegance and functionality.
It is a typically Parisian apartment, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom, which can accommodate up to 3 people.
Our spacious living room invites you to relax, decorated with 2 comfortable sofas and a large television for convivial moments or movie evenings.
The two well-appointed bedrooms, with a double bed and a convertible sofa bed, offer a haven of peace.
When the sofa bed is unfolded into a bed, the bed is very low. It is ideally suited for children and adolescents, but is not recommended for adults or the elderly.
You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, including all the appliances needed to cook to your liking.
The dining room has a large table, perfect for enjoying a dinner with family or friends during your stay.
Enjoy a bathroom equipped with a shower cabin and everything you need for a refreshing wash.

On July 26, 2024 at 8:24 p.m., 160 boats will transport the 10,500 athletes over a distance of 6km between the Pont d'Austerlitz and the Pont d'Iéna. The parade will end with the passage of the French boat at 11:50 p.m., followed by the grand finale at the Trocadéro.
If you're not a fan of the Olympics, here are some interesting tourist attractions around the apartment:

MarieJune 2024Un séjour inoubliable dans ce magnifique appartement, à proximité de nombreuses attractions culturelles. L'appartement est spacieux et décoré avec goût. L’hôte été incroyable, très attentionnée et réactive. Nous avons hâte de revenir.
FrançoisJune 2024Un séjour fantastique dans cet appartement élégant. Parfaitement situé dans le quartier de Saint-Paul, avec de nombreux cafés et galeries d'art à proximité. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien décoré, le seul inconvénient c’est le lit de la deuxième chambre qui est extrêmement bas c’était difficile de me lever quand j’ai voulu m'allonger à côté de mon fils à dire que je ne suis plus aussi jeune Haha. L'hôte était incroyablement gentille et a fait en sorte que notre séjour soit parfait. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.
KarlaJune 2024Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable chez Catherine. L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos et l'emplacement est imbattable. L'espace est élégant et les chambres et la cuisine étaient remplies de tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris un mot de bienvenue et des biscuits ! ! Nous nous sommes sentis comme des habitants et avons apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement et dans le quartier local du village de Saint-Paul au coeur du Marais, ma région préférée. Il y a des tonnes de cafés, de restaurants, de bars, de musées, de galeries d'art et d'autres trésors culturels. Nous avons été gâtés pourris et nous avons hâte de revenir ! Catherine a été une hôte aimable qui nous a accueillis là-bas et a accueilli un enregistrement anticipé et a aidé avec les bagages (nous avons beaucoup acheté) en sortant. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux logements et c'est mon préféré jusqu'à présent ! ! Merci Catherine ! ! Nous reviendrons ! !
