Our duplex apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floor, in a building without an elevator, accessible by a charming staircase. This 85m2 apartment offers a well-appointed space combining elegance and functionality.

It is a typically Parisian apartment, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom, which can accommodate up to 4 people.

All rooms are located on the 1st level, while on the 2nd level there is only one bedroom equipped with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. These beds are very low and are ideal for children and teenagers, but are not recommended for adults or the elderly.

The master bedroom has a double bed and is connected to a bathroom. Enjoy a bathroom equipped with a shower cabin and everything you need for a refreshing wash. A true haven of peace to rest after a day exploring Paris.

Our spacious living room invites you to relax, decorated with a comfortable sofa and a video projector, with Netflix, Amazon, Disney access for convivial moments or movie evenings. All music lovers will be delighted to discover a Casio electric piano, the latest in the living room. The living room is also equipped with an audiophile system for listening to music.

You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, including all the appliances needed to cook to your liking.

The dining room has a large table, perfect for enjoying a dinner with family or friends during your stay.

Every detail of our apartment has been carefully thought out to offer the best possible living comfort. The entire space is bathed in natural light thanks to the numerous large windows.
